Α) Ordering through our website

Ordering from our website is possible throughout the day (24 hours a day), seven days a week. Since the customer has placed an order on our website, in time out of the scheduled timetable, from 9:00 am to 13:30 pm from Mondays to Fridays, the order will be deemed to accrue on our website at 9:00 am from Mondays to Fridays.

Add the desired products to your cart. Continue with your purchases or select checkout. During your navigation on our site you can check the contents of your online shopping bag, add or remove any product in order to increase or decrease the amount of your purchased products any time (refresh using the “refresh” button selecting your cart before proceeding). Before completing your order (order completion - checkout), check carefully if you agree with the selected products and the amount of them, as they appear in your shopping cart. Select whether to make the purchase as a registered user or as a guest and fill in the information required. It is proposed to you, to become a member of our website so as to automatically display your information at the completion of your purchase and save time.

After entering your order you will receive an automated e-mail informing you about the delivery of the order. After checking and processing the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. For your convenience you can view your order and transaction history in our online store, on the website of your account.

Β) Ordering by phone.

The telephone customer service line for your orders, will be operating from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 13:30, on weekdays. For your convenience, it would be preferable to mark the title or the code of the product, as stated on our website. You will be asked for this by our shop in your personal e-mail.

Your contract with us is considered established only when a relevant e-mail is received, named «order confirmation>> from our company. The contractors of our online store should be provided with a mandatory valid e-mail when ordering. The contract with our online store can be preceded in both the Greek and English language.

The payment of your order, can be carried out with one of the following payment methods:

Ways of Shipping

There are no restrictions on the delivery of our website products worldwide.

After shipping products, it will be sent to your e-mail the Tracking number, for you to be able, at any time, to be informed about its progress, using the following links: for shipments within Greece and for shipments abroad.

The products, if available, are sent on the same day, as long as your order has taken place between 9:00 to 13:30, Mondays to Fridays, on working days. Since the customer has placed an order on our website, in time out of the scheduled timetable, your order will reach and will be sent after 9:00 am on weekdays, Monday-Friday.

All the prices include VAT and fuel surcharge. Prices do not include any additional costs relating any expenses concerning the customs of the country of dispatch. Any additional costs (customs duty, excise duty and / or import tax, customs fees, storage, etc.) as specified in the relevant provisions laid down in the relevant charges of the sending State, in addition to shipping costs, the consumer is charged for dispatches abroad. The consumer himself is informed for the charges laid on him, depending on the place of residence.

  1. Shipping within the Greek Territory

The shipment of your order in the Greek Territory is conducted by the courier company of your choice (ACS, General Post, ELTA Courier and Courier Center).

- The cost of transport is 2.50 €, for orders of value less than 70.00 euros, while for orders over that amount, it is free regardless of weight / volume.

- For the delivery of orders in Greece except inaccessible areas, 1-2 business days of the mailing date are required.

- For delivery to remote areas, our company will contact you about the exact delivery time.

* Our company reserves the right to send the order with a different courier company from the one you have chosen, if it deems it necessary.

  1. Shipping to Cyprus

The delivery of your order to Cyprus is conducted by ELTA SA courier company, with a charge of 12.00€, regardless of weight / volume and ordering costs.

- For the delivery of order to Cyprus 5-7 working days are required since the dispatch date.

  1. Shipping within the European Union

The delivery of your order concerning the countries of the European Union is conducted by ELTA SA courier company, with a charge of 12.00€, regardless of weight / volume and ordering costs.

- For the delivery of order in any country of the European Union 5-7 working days are required since the dispatch date.

  1. Shipping outside the European Union

Delivery of orders, concerning countries abroad, outside the European Union, is conducted by ELTA SA courier company, with a charge of 20.00€, regardless of weight / volume and ordering costs.

- For delivery of the order in any country outside the European Union, 5-7 working days are required since the dispatch date.Return Policy - Right of Withdrawal

Order cancellation

If an error is detected in your order, either in quantity or to the item of the ordered products, or change of mind after the online registration of the order or telephone order, a cancelation can take place only if the products have not been delivered to the cooperating companies for dispatching. Return of products

Products purchased from our online store are accompanied by legally issued documents (sales invoice - delivery note or sales receipt). If in any way you wish to return products purchased from, the relevant purchase document must be in your possession so as to send it to

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires in 14 calendar days from the day on which you have acquired the product, or a third person other than the carrier which you have indicated for the delivery of the item.

The right of withdrawal provided in the Articles 3c to 3k N. 2251/1994 does not apply to a) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire in a short period of time, b) the supply of sealed items which are not suitable to be returned concerning the protection of health or for sanitary reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, e.g. Swimsuit (if the protective hygienic has been removed) and underwear (which in no case may be opened or tried on) c) the supply of items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly individualized and d) the supply of items which, after delivery, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with others.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all money received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery, other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by our company), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such a refund, but only in the case that you propose different return means of your money (than the one you used for your original transaction) so you are charged with any expenses used by, which (expenses) will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Concerning the case of your payment on delivery at your place, or in any case the refund is not possible by using the original transaction, the refund in case of withdrawal will be made, upon request, by depositing the amount of money in your bank account, without being charged.

b) You can return the products as follows:

After packing the product, if it is unpacked, along with the packaging material, include the sales document (invoice - proof) and related withdrawal document. It is suggested to use the courier company which delivered the product to you.

In case of recurrent returns from the consumer, the, has the right to refuse to accept the product back, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products (Art. 281 AK). In this case the consumer will bear any resulting costs due to the abusive exercise of rights.

If the legal process is not met or the legal conditions do not meet the requirements in order for a return product to be accepted, then this item has to be sent back to the consumer, who will bear the packaging and shipping costs.
